Happy Monday.
Today’s newsletter is going to be a little different.
No big AI lesson. No framework to unpack. No list of 17 tools you need to try.
I’ve actually got two things for you today.
First, something I’ve been meaning to give you for a while.
And second, I want to ask you a question.
So grab your coffee and let’s get into it.
The Dyslexic AI Playbook
The Dyslexic AI Playbook is finished, and it’s yours.
No form.
No email capture.
No “just enter your details.”
You already subscribed. That was the price, and you paid it a long time ago.
95 pages.
Nearly four years of this newsletter. Hundreds of editions. Thousands of hours of experimenting, building, testing, writing, and figuring out how AI can actually work for dyslexic and neurodivergent thinkers.
I pulled a lot of that into one place.
What’s actually in it
How to set AI up as a cognitive partner, rather than another app you feel guilty about not using.
Voice-first workflows for those of us who think faster than we type.
The 10-80-10 framework, including where AI can carry the load and where your brain is still the only thing that will do.
And the prompts I actually use.
Not a giant list assembled to look impressive.
The ones that are actually open on my screen.
One honest thing
Some of you asked for this months ago.
And some of you never got it.
You filled in the form, gave me your email, and nothing arrived.
That wasn't intentional.
It was a broken link on my end that I only discovered this week while finally going through the site properly.
If that was you, I'm sorry.
The link above works. I've tested it.
There's something slightly on-brand about building tools to help people follow through, then discovering your own signup form quietly dropped people for months.
I'll take the lesson.
And now I want to hear from you
This is the part that's different today.
I'm trying to figure out what I should build next with Dyslexic.AI.
And honestly, I don't want to guess.
So I'm asking you:
What's the thing you're still stuck on with AI?
Maybe it's something that hasn't clicked yet.
Maybe you tried a tool and gave up.
Maybe you know AI could help you, but you haven't figured out how.
Maybe you're just thinking:
“I don't even know where to start.”
Whatever it is, hit reply and tell me.
One sentence is enough.
Heck, you can literally reply with:
“I'm stuck on ______.”
That's it.
I want to know what people actually need so I can build better things, write about better things, and stop making assumptions about what everyone wants.
And if you've been reading these emails but never replied before...
This is your official excuse.
Just hit reply.
I read them all.
What's next
I'm going to start building some paid options too.
Deeper material. Tools. Ways to work with me directly.
That's been coming for a while, and I'll say more about that soon.
Some of what's in this Playbook will eventually become part of those paid offerings.
Not this copy, though.
You were here first.
Download it. Keep it. Send it to whoever needs it.
The people who show up early shouldn't be the ones who pay more for it later.
And seriously, if you've been reading for a while, thanks for being here.
Some of you have been around for hundreds of editions.
I don't take that lightly.
Now tell me:
What are you stuck on?
